This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience: For an RPG App on smartphones and tablets I need an icon that symbolizes numbers on a character sheet.
The target group are pen & paper role-players: Mostly male, interested in fantasy and SF, between 20 and 50
Description: The idea that I would like to convey is, "Here I can enter numbers for various values". So a kind of stylized character sheet (see link).
The Icon may contain words like "attributes", "skill" or "points" (or abbreviations like "ATTR" and "SKIL"). Below these word-headings should be the number-value pairs. The name of the values need not be readable, the numerical values should be readable.
Most character sheets are in portrait format, the icon of the stylized character sheet should be either square or it should be clear that this is a cutout.
The uploaded image is only a very rough sketch of what I would imagine. Proposals may be quite different.
I need an icon with at least 144x144 pixels (512x512 would not be bad).
