Describe what your company or organization does. Who is your target-audience?

This is the name of a building in our portfolio. It will be a refurbished prefabricated block, the target group are more elderly people. It's not super luxurious, but it should still reflect high quality. It is also noteworthy that a 'Heidekraut Quartier' is planned, which will be a mixture of families and seniors.
So wird ein Gebäude in unserem Portfolio heißen. Es wird ein sanierter Plattenbau, die Zielgruppe sind eher ältere Menschen. Es ist nicht super luxuriös, sollte aber dennoch eine hohe Qualität widerspiegeln. Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass ein 'Heidekraut Quartier' geplant ist, das eine Mischung aus Familien und Senioren sein wird.
